Earlier this year, we had the privilege of going on tour with Aleeza Ben Shalom, the star of Netflix's "Jewish Matchmaking," as she embarked on a world-tour of sold-out live matchmaking shows. Her live shows involve Q&A about the Netflix show, as well as making matches then and there with audience members, and sharing relationship wisdom with people at every stage, from single, to dating, to married.
We filmed Aleeza on stage, in planes, in studios and interviews, and at home with her family. From the Americas to Europe, Asia, and Australia, Aleeza makes matches right then and there between audience members onstage in over 30 cities worldwide.
We wanted viewers to feel the energy, the laughter, and the tears as Aleeza works her matchmaking magic on stage, and offstage as well, schmoozing with fans, cooking with her husband, and caring for her kids. From intimate one-on-one conversations with her husband Gershon, to large-scale audience interactions, we were behind the scenes, capturing it all.

What astounded us again and again was Aleeza's constant smile, her nonstop energy, and her passion for her mission of bringing about world peace through helping people start it at home - in marriage. That's absolutely a mission we can get behind. While Israel is at war and we are all hoping and praying for the release of all hostages - it is so important to do our part for peace, and that starts right in front of us - with family.
